During the first 15K miles or so when my RS6 was new, I had to replace the serpentine belt -- which left the car on a dealer hoist for 30 days due to poor communication from Germany. And the wiring harness was replaced after two new ECUs did not fix the subpar performance issue. I hate to think what all that would have cost if it wasn't covered under warranty!
I'm sure a car with such low miles would qualify for a good extended warranty, but at $59K a warranty should be included IMO. Still, as an owner rather than prospective buyer, it's good to see a price that high! At edmunds.com a fully loaded RS6 with 3K mi in outstanding condition shows a price well under $50K.
