Maybe at a track too small for high speeds, or with no significant straights, I could see where the ducts may not have a lot of effect -- because you're never going fast enough for long enough for the air cooling to have much effect. But as posted below, they worked fine for me at the triple digit speeds of Daytona.
Personally I wouldn't track my RS6 at a facility with mostly slow, tight turns & only short straights. It's too heavy for that -- especially front-heavy. Failed attempts at fun on small tracks give the RS6 its "pig" reputation IMO. But it's no pig; it just needs room to rock.
