I've never found or heard about stock brakes lacking in stopping power for street driving. But there were plenty of posts around 2004-2005 about toasted rotors, pads, etc. from track use. At the track you're braking extremely hard turn after turn after turn, etc., and with all that weight, the stock brakes will overheat in track use.
Are you experiencing toasted rotors or pads with street use? If not, why mod at all? If so, you'd be a first as far as I can recall. But maybe you're in the boonies & your daily driving is comparable to a track? Enlighten me!
