What is it you are trying to accomplish with the ceramic set up? Some thoughts....

Is it strictly for looks/show? Then go for it if you like the look of the set up and want to dump $15K on it.

Do you track the car? It's a pointless set up then for the RS6. The RS6 has too many things working against it that this brake set up wouldn't help you with for that price.

    1. The cc set up is obviously lighter than the current 8 piston Brembo set up and if weight is your only concern then you're barking up the wrong tree with weight savings on a two ton nose heavy pig of a track car.

    2. If it's consistent fade free braking you are looking for, admittedly they are better at dissipating heat than the current set up primarily because of the rotor veining. Still, the design of the RS6 is more to the heart of the flaw with the overheating brakes than the current set up itself. No air movement whatsoever. You need to route air ducts to the rotors to keep them cooler. Problem is, there is waaaay too much plumbing to do this effectively. If you're serious about tracking then the Phaeton air duct mod some have done is useless for the intended purpose.

Again, if you're serious about tracking the car then do invest money and time into a good driving school that teaches you to be smooth on the track and less reliant on your brakes. (Audi <hint hint>). Many on this board track their RS6 and have done so on the stock brake set up with just a few tweaks; high temp fluid, racing pads and possibly lighter wheels that offer better venting. The RS6 wheels, while pretty, don't help matters much. Kosei makes the K1-TS wheel that's a dual bolt pattern (5x100 and 5x112 for Audi and VW), weighs about 18 lbs. and clears all the big brake kits.

Still, if you want a better brake set up look seriously at the Alcon 6 piston BBK. It is superior in it's design and will cost you 1/4th the cc set up. It's the same kit I run on my wife's S4 and I can tell you I can (as can she) stand the car on it's nose with consistent fade free stops all weekend long. It's also the kit I run (in 4 piston version) on my R32 and they are the best, period.

Sorry for the pontification but I hope it helps. Show or go? The choice is yours.
