OK, I am ready for a high HP car.

I am an Audi guy, have had over a dozen (C4-chassis S4/S6's modified to 370HP for track work, B5 S4 modified to 400HP for track work, D2 S8, Allroad, etc). So I love the marque.

I also am a Benz guy, and have had a bunch of those too (560SELs, 560SECs, AMG 6.0 cars, E320, E430, E55, etc).

These are the two machines I love to own and drive.

So here are the contenders:

1. 2003 RS6......you guys know it well. 450HP all-weather missile. Looks great, runs hard, AWD, rare to ever see one, stealthy yet aggressive, etc etc.

2. 2003 S600 Renntech - V12 bi-turbo with Renntech software to make 625HP and 740 lb/ft of torque. Ungodly fast at any speed, but RWD. Lots of cabin and trunk space, but not the style inside or out of the Audi. But did I mention it has SIX HUNDRED AND TWENTY FIVE HORSEPOWER???

Both cars, with similar miles of around 40K, are at/under $40K.
