Anyone got an order guide for 09' RS6 yet?

Hi guys, anyone have any info on ordering an RS6 in the US? Are they delivering in Europe yet? Anyone driven one. I have an 08' S6, and I'm curious how Audi handled the RS6, has the engine lost it's free revving racey nature and now has a slow turbo response? Thanks for any responses!
