Hmmm...
"JUST CAN'T BRING YOURSELF TO SPEND OVER $55,000 FOR A DAILY DRIVER OF YOUR DREAMS"
Considering SAF's post below, $23,500 to repair this one seems optomistic. Then what would you have? A car with a salvage title, for more than the cost of a similar mileage car with CPO. Good luck.
Koz.

There are problems with their pics and descriptions
They don't mention that damage in the rear, I wonder what is hidden behind it. Also, for that hard of a front end hit, I'm questioning those airbags, something is amiss.

Thread Jack. Wave with all your fingers. LOL.
I feel that I'm justified in using a single digit to let truckers know they're number one.
I have a commercial license and have hauled on main highways and pulled doubles on roads that would scare a log truck driver.
My beef is that a very large percentage of truckers no longer have the courtesy not to block traffic. I see as many Volvo driving left lane bandit truckers as I see Volvo driving left lane bandit soccer moms. This is not restricted to $8 an hour local drivers either. Even some O-Os seem to think they own the road these days; but overall the O-Os appear to be on a higher tier as far as courtesy goes.
OK. I'm done whining. I wanted to be a trucker since I was about 8. I also wanted to be a pilot and a scientist who lived in a trailer he hauled behind his Corvette. I ended up pretty close to that last one.
Cheers, Joe

Re: There are problems with their pics and descriptions
Yeah like the left rear exhaust tip is flattened.......
Was trying to figure out what kind of accident would cause the type of damage listed. Almost looks as if no other vehicle involved....and how could you damage the lower front fender and not touch the front 4rings? How about some guesses?
spun out of control and winged a tree going sideways?
waiting for train and pulled up too close to the tracks?
Also they were running Goodyear Tires and I don't recall having Goodyear as a possible choice at TireRack for proper ratings so I checked (see below) and there weren't any??
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Tires for 2003 Audi RS6 Standard Model
Size: 255/40-18
Performance Category: All
Ouch... $8k and I'll strip it for parts...
Theres just no way you could re-build this and expect it to be safe when you floor the gas pedal..
They can keep it and drive it around-and-around their lot
The offset rear bumper is from what??
To me it looks like a bad paint match as well. The Goodyears are marked 255 40ZR18.
As koz said, based on my repair estimate, this car is going to require mucho bank to make it "right". And that is only going by what you can see and read from the seller, not an authorized service man looking at it.
