    I'm quite sure there are many more than 20 failures never reported. We have two here that were bad even before delivery(one leaking on showroom floor, one being delayed to customer because DRC was leaking). So, my guess would be well above 1%.

    The warranty issue...normally a shock "defect" will be covered throughout warranty period. Same with brakes and clutch. Although wear and tear items, if it's a known mechanical defect, it's usually covered with out push back from dealer or parent company. It's a gray area though. You have to know what you're talking about when making a warranty claim.

    So, did Audi just slap on some bogus 1/12 warranty on DRC suspension? I owned 3 Audi's since 05 and never saw that in OM or warranty booklet. Since DRC failure is now often occurring very early, maybe Audi will revise their "suspension" warranty to 30 days/500 miles, LOL.
