market warranty is significantly more. Having bought an RS6 one year old and still really upside down with depreciation i would take an RS with the lowest miles and lowest initial cost period. You buy an 08 even discounted it will be worth 10K less in no time. The 07 you will be holding closer to the actual resale value as it continues to depreciate. The red is gorgeous.
