I try to keep it clean. If I drive it to work once, it gets covered in grime and mud if the roads are wet and with all the construction around here.

My other car is a Chevy 2500HD crew cab diesel. If I get rear ended, who cares. If I have to go to a bad area, I don't worry. I can park it next to another car and not be worried. I really would not enjoy driving the RS4 to downtown Houston and parking it in some tight garage next to a beat up camry.

Miles on the truck are cheaper...fuel (yes really), tires, brakes, oil, and depreciation. If I'm just going 10 miles to work, I won't enjoy the car much anyway.

Truck is an automatic, and Houston beltway traffic is hell. No fun in any car, even if it were a Ferrari. Why waste the miles?

On long trips (5+ hours) the truck is much more comfortable.

For fun trips, College Station to see friends, the folks house for sunday dinner, car meets, etc., yes I take the RS4 and love every minute.
