On the milage topic, who actively drives a car less fun to prevent milage and why?

Confession: 40 mi commute. I have a second car 4runner with satelite radio and ipod...not bad but it's a nice drive but these RS4's are for DRIVING...my 1000 mi/ month post was with the second car also having 1000 mi/month milage. I try to "offset" milage, but why?!? What better way to enjoy your RS4...alone with it. Passengers just add weight and complain about motion sickness...just a thought :)
