just sold my rs4. i drove an s5 months ago when they first came out. my buddy wanted to order one, but when he was told it would be a year before he could get one he went and bought a 335i. overall i really liked the s5. looks great imo. interior is very nice. has a pretty nice sound to it. i didn't push it all that hard, but with the weight being similar to the rs4 and having less power i'm sure it's going to feel slower. also, if you need to have people in the back seats i think it would get old with the two doors. obviously you know how much you can get a rs4 for right now and it's not far from the s5's price. one thing that is the same for both is a lack of aftermarket upgrades. don't know if you care about that or not, but if you do neither car is probably right for you.
