Speaking of Dyno's: Here's my MTM exhaust dyno run
#23
That's not the case on all dynos...
That only matters on dyno's that create horsepower numbers based on the mass (weight on the rollers) and the acceleration. So they say to dyno at a 1:1 ratio, or close to it, so you don't have an acceleration advantage.
Mustang's use a load cell and measure the roll force. Doesn't matter what gear you're in.

Don't hold your breath. No one as come out with a SC for the V8 in the S4s (except MTM) and ...
That's been around for 5 years.
Considering the S4's V8 is less high strung than the RS4's motor I think it will take a long time before someone puts in the money for R&D for this puppy.

The one for the S4 is actually real close to being ready. VF and GIAC is working on it currently and
its in the final stages of development. From what I understand, it is just about bolt on for the RS4, althought it would obviously require specific tuning.

Re: I believe others can be
definitely more aggressive than the MTM; however, reliability is a key issue for me and I can attest to it. My car saw the track frequently and i ran it HARD for many years in stop and go traffic and a high heat environment. Kudos for the 2.7engine and the same for MTM.

They said that last year too. Right around waterfest. AT Waterfest they said that the
car was just going to be driven across country and it should be ready. Well a year later NO S/C
