I've got a non-res valved Milltek system on my car and I absolutely love it. Does it drone? Some say yes and some say no. I guess it does have a slight drone at 1,800 rpm which you will almost never be in for a sustained amount of time. i had a choice of any exhaust and picked Milltek because:

Tips look exactly like the OEM tips, but larger.

Valve's keep the OEM factor alive.

The sound is beautiful. Nice and quiet when you need it to be and a nice bark when you open it up with the valves open.

Quality, is great. Some may disagree, but who else's system is 100% handmade. Screw the polished cans and welds. I'll take a handmade system any day.

I run the Milltek setup. Sounds incredible. Haven't really heard many of the others in person, but I'm completely satisfied with mine. Great deep growl at idle and low rpm's. I love going through tunnels...

Best I can do - taken indoors at JDE dyno in Holland, prior to the inlet manifold mods. The car was in the dyno booth, in isolation, complete with huge cooling fans, so this was taken through the viewing window. Sounds soooo much nicer outside.
