Those might be OK (maybe) if the chrome part was painted like the rest of the wheels.
The original equipment wheels look best. But if somebody really has to change to non-factory wheels, these might be OK, but only IF the chrome area were painted just like the rest of the wheels. There should be no chrome areas on the wheels.
Maybe somebody with Photoshop skills can show us what that would look like.
