2021 RS7 Pricing Announced
So it looks like Audi just released pricing on the new RS7 Sportback. It'll start at $114k. About where I expected it since it's competitors are around that same point. Considering Mercedes and BMW starterd doing "performance" packages in the forms of the AMG S and M Competition packages respectively, expect one for this too.
I'm also assuming the official pricing for the much anticipated RS6 and RSQ8 will be around $120k.
It also looks like the US was skipped for the 2020 production year since the 2021 run is just 2-3 months off.

Has the 2020 RS7 actually been released? That was my next car but I literally have not seen it for sale anywhere in Canada.
The car was debuted back in September 2019. Are they simply skipping the 2020 year outright?

Yes, as with most new Audi releases, the US gets it the model year after Europe does.
