Default Perfect car

I've decided the perfect touring car is an RS7 chipped to 700hp and w/ LTE, OEM ceramic brakes, and light weight HRE wheels.

I don't see ceramic brakes as an option for the '16 RS7. Does than mean I can't have my perfect car? Anybody know for sure?

My local dealer just checked with AoA. The OEM carbon-ceramic brake system is not available for the 2016 RS7 in the US. Go figure.

i figured as well with the 2016 NA refresh we would also get option of ceramic brakes...apparently they want to keep us waiting. they're more bling than functional anyways, the stock steel ones are fantastic.

The brake dust drives me nuts. Plus ceramic would save 8 pounds per wheel on unsprung weight, and HRE would save another 8. Could make for great handling. Checking with another dealer. Maybe if we make enough noise...

I will be only ordering the RS7, S7, or another S6 if Ceramic brakes are available. No way will I deal with this dust any longer.

No longer need carbon-ceramic brakes. Just replaced the OEM wheels with HRE p101. They can be prepped to shed brake dust and stay clean for months. Now I wait for the 2017 RS7 with LTE and 600 hp. Hopefully that will be the perfect car.
