Default Estoril Blue

Some times I look at estoril blue on images of RS7's and it looks real deep and nice, and other times I see images and it looks light and flat. It seems in the sun it looks flat, but in the shadows it looks great. Really torn up over this colour because I changed my order from Panther Black to Estoril blue! I'm sure I'll love it just the same. Has anyone got any images of theirs in blue or can mention how different the colour changes in the light.

You really should see the color in person at the dealership. I thought it looked great in the sun. In the shade, it looked flat. It's because of the crystal effect paint.

Everyone raves about the color and I'm sure you will too.

Aww thanks guys. Opinion is important. My wife pursuaded me to change to blue and then I had a panic attack, because it's too late to change back. I saw an RS5 in the colour and it did look good. Gotta be careful of polishing swirls though. I hear they show up real easy on the blue.

Get a very good long term coating on the car immediately...some of the 'glass' products out there like "22ple". I had it put on my RS5 and R8 and it really has kept the swirls off. The Estoril is very pretty in person but it does indeed show the swirls easily. It will look great. Still a good choice.
