for those that did H Sports, did you install both front and rear bars, or just rear?

feedback from the other audi cars is the rear bar only gives a more balanced overall feel, what are your thoughts (esp from those who track). I have nboth on my 2.7T, seems ok, but I drive a little more sanely than some.
Thanks,

Front and rear for me
I didn't notice a difference until i put it on the track. It's a more firmer ride and it settles much quicker, especially through the "esses."
With the factory sway bar, I noticed that the car was more prone to understeer and the back will get really loose at higher speeds through turns. It will still understeer, but not as much as before.
On the other hand,my wife says she can feel every bump that i go over, hence why she will not be driving anymore!!!
My vote......get them

Mine didnt need them when it was new, ride was firm and no lean, squat etc. But, since then...
with the improper DRC repairs done, the car has never returned to its original firmness (when hew, you couldnt even press down on the car and make it budge).. I used to wonder why some were putting them on.. After the first DRC repairs, the car swayed, leaned and bounced around so much that I put both on.. rears set to firmest. It helped, but the sway bars arent supposed to be under that much stress.. I still cant fathom why these guys after 5 years still cant fix this system properly.

front & rear on mine.....
rear set to stiffest setting. Result...reduced understeer, less body roll. Randy Pobst noticed it after the second corner and commented what an improvement it was over stock. His comment was "the car rotates much better now".

Thanks for all the feedback guys, think I'll go ahead with the bars, they
seem to have more pros than cons, and have worked really well in all my other cars.

Re: No Performance gain?
First: Thank you for all your good information on your web site. We all appreciate all your effort!!
Not worth the money?? Did you do a before/after at the track? Where do you normally drive your car?
In my opinion, the cheapest suspension performance gain you can make to the car. I've been in Stasis equipped RS6's at the track for direct comparison to mine. Stasis coilovers are very good, but, not worth the $4K+ compared to $500 for the H-Sport Sway bars.
(Front and Rear at heaviest setting - proven over 40 full track days!)

Track users are the exception, maybe
I would be willing to bet that RS6 track users are the exception rather than the norm.
As such, I am one of those in the norm, where the RS6 is a daily driver, with occasional testing of anti-sway in the overtaking of on/off-ramps.
As such I find the anti-sway bar upgrade for RS6 daily drivers a total worthless upgrade.
This comment does not extend to other vehicles based on the C5 platform, as I have no before/after experience with those.
