Congrats!
Most folks your age are driving smaller cars that cost less -- because that's what they can afford. The fact that you got an RS6 when so young should be a source of pride IMO.
It's true that increased age often leads to increased income, bigger car budgets and bigger cars. Personally, though, I don't think of "30+ mature adult" in the same breath as "twin turbo V8 with 450 hp" or "zero to 60 in 4.6."
I suspect there may be a tinge of jealousy in those comments from your friends, if that's what they are. What do they drive? Maybe you should offer to meet them at a track for a demonstration of the RS6's "maturity."
