At 49k (and under warranty), I just had torque converter replaced. Dealer also found that the
oil cooler was damaged and an engine mount was cracked, replaced them as well. As engine/tranny had to be removed anyway, I had them replace all 4 O2 sensors, as suggested by ICONCLS and MARKNMTT (thanks), at my expense for parts. Dealer (Audi of Huntington) did a SUPERB job, imo. Now I just have to replace 3 bent winter rims, and I'm all set (roads blow here on LI).

well...I'm having mine changed as well but on extended warranty..I'll post the damage...
also changing one cv boot, heat sensor, front brakes, plus a bunch of other stuff the tech found that I can't remember off hand....bend over...yikes....
