4/29/06 - RMAW GTG at Arapahoe Basin Ski Area

DATE: Saturday, April 29th
TIME: 9AM-4PM (Whenever Food And Beer Run Out)
LOCATION: Arapahoe Basin Ski Area <a href="http://arapahoebasin.com/">website</a>
REASON: Because We Are All Ski Bums At Heart...And Audi's Rule!

On Saturday, April 29th all Rocky Mountain Audi's are invited to ski, board, and talk shop at the Araphoe Basin Ski Area in Colorado.
Cost is dependent on the attendee and whether or not they want to ski. Lift tickets will be less than 50 dollars but the exact quote will be next week. Season pass holders will be able to ride for free of course.
ATTENDANCE: Please reply to this thread indicating if you will be attending and if you would like to be a part of a small gtg/drive up to the ski area.
WHAT TO BRING:
Any ski/snowboard related gear you need, food to eat/share, adult leisure beverages of your choice, games (horse shoes, washers, twister, jenga, etc), sun screen, cameras to document, costumes if you wish, and of course, your respective VAG product.
DIRECTIONS:
The resort is a 96 mile drive west from Denver International Airport via I-70 west. Take I-70 west to Silverthorne (exit 205), then travel 12 miles east on U.S. Highway 6. Or, choose the 68 mile scenic route from Denver by taking I-70 west to Loveland Pass (exit 216), then proceed west on U.S. Highway 6 for 8 miles.

i'll keep the updates coming each week until d-day...what do people think about parking?
Should we try to get front row? I have friends in frisco so i could get there really early and reserve a bunch of spots?
