I bought my car from Go Motors last year and was faced with a ton of dishonesty that I am just now realizing is not uncommon for them.
They told me that my car had a 4yr 50K factory warranty and that I was still covered. Just after I bought it I took it to the boulder dealership to make sure it was under warranty and they said my warranty was up months ago!! I beleive I also do not have the sport suspension that I was told it had. I also bought a extended warranty from them, smart choice, which went out of buisness. My name was not on the list of people to get reimbursed!
Please if you are, or know a lawyer in the community that would be willing to help, let me know! I am not the only one with issues either please reference this post:
