I think I pretty much posted this in everyone's model discussion, but just wanted to make sure the word is out about our 3rd annual 14er rally. We're going to pikes peak this year, as we did the first year. We'll meet around 9am somewhere in the Springs for a photoshoot/ meet and greet. Then we'll drive through Garden of the Gods and up to the peak. There is a fee at the park (I think like 10 bucks). Last time they gave us a group rate after some top notch begging. We'll see. And we'll probably meet near a gas station this time. (inevitably, someone always thinks they have enough gas and runs out). None of that this year!

Mike and I toured northern Springs for a couple hours looking for a nice view of the peak nearest a Shell station also not too far off route GOG --> Peak. We decided on the parking lot of Ingersoll Rand near I-25 and Academy Blvd.

Address: 1915 Jamboree Dr. - 80920.

Exit Academy Blvd & head south(east) 2 blocks to Jamboree and take a LEFT heading northeast. Follow Jamboree to 1915, or first right after Chapel Hills Dr.

For those that are planning on fueling just before the meet, here's a map to the shell station, then directions to our meeting place...
