First time i've ever seen an Opel in the states. Said Astra on the back. Had Colorado plates on it.

Did I miss something? Is Opel here now?

Default Negative

It had the Opel logo on the front and said OPEL on the back tailgate.

It was red. I must say it was a decent looking little car.

Default I don't think so. It had the same exact front end as in the picture I posted above of the Opel.

I saw it come up behind me and I remember thinking I had no clue what it was. Then it went around me and I read Opel on the back.

It clearly had the Opel logos on the front and back.

Default It looks to be the identical vehicle so a grill swap would be easy. The rear glass however

That's different. One Opel comes to a point, the Saturn is boxed. The door trim looks slightly different as well.

It's probably just a rebdaged Saturn. Kudos for the guy recognizing it was the same car and swapping over. Why not be different! I would do the same if I had a Pontiac GTO, a Dodge Sprinter, or any of the other cars here on a work visa. I think the Cadilac Catera was an Opel too!
