Default AWE B5 S4 & A6 Downpipes update....

AWE Tuning just released their second Generation 2.7T Downpipes for the 2000-02 Audi S4, 2000-04 Audi A6 2.7T and 2000-03 Audi Allroad 2.7T.

Due to the Aeroquip ball and socket joints, the first generation downpipes were very expensive and labor intensive to manufacture. The use of high quality lined flex joints has eliminated the need for the Aeroquip units, allowing A.W.E. to dramatically reduce the cost and time needed to produce these downpipes.

The highlights of the first generation design, smooth transitions and flow geometry, were maintained while the money saved in build costs has been passed on to the consumer.

Additionally, Test Pipes, which were once a $100 option, are now included with the purchase of each pair of 2.7T Downpipes.

Features of the A.W.E. Tuning Second Generation 2.7T Downpipe:

* Drastically reduced cost
* Elimination of expensive Aeroquip ball and socket joints
* Testpipes now included at no extra cost
* 400 cell per square inch catalytic converters (DOT/EPA approved)
* CNC cut flanges and brackets
* Smooth bore lined flex joints
* 20+ horsepower gains at high rpms

Retail pricing for the Second Generation 2.7T Downpipes is now $1,295.95, a $400 savings from prior retail!!!
