I'm gonna jump in on this thread and go way off topic. You guys should be able to answer my question. I need to convert my '94 90q (manual) to FWD to get time on the local 2wd dyno. I don't want to drive 6 hours or pay 200$ per hour for AWD dyno time. What does it take to convert my car to 2wd. I have someone that will sell me a damaged buy functional torsen differential that should be all I need to do the conversion. Is it as simple as removing the driveshaft, and welding the center differential solid?
