I sat in a new Lambo Gallardo this weekend and it sells for about 169k-180k brand new. The new Audi R8 is selling for 180k-200k on ebaymotors dealer sites.

OK so maybe the Lambo costs a wee bit more, but which would you rather have? I would have more fun driving a true Italian exotic and have fun owning the Lambo than the Audi R8. I mean the Audi R8 is a fantastic car no doubt about that but it is not a Lambo.

I reckon in a few years the depreciation rate will whack prices on the R8 quite a bit just like they did to Aston Martin. Heck I can pick up a low mileage late model Aston Martin for a lot less than a new one.
