My R8 is white with the standard silver sideblades, and a light grey leather/alcantara interior. I ordered the car without even a test drive, and intended to visit the factory to confirm my color choice, but when I called to set a date was told that it was already in production, months before schedule. Needless to say that I was a tad concerned at that point.

To my relief it looks absolutely stunning and I've had only positive reactions from everyone from little blue-haired old ladies to bikers with tattoos. White works very well for an R8. It kind of balances out the aggressive lines of the car and makes it look (not so) quietly self-confident.
