When I put my deposit down last January for the V10, they assured me that I would get it at MSRP. As there is no pricing yet, my agreement simply states "TBD" (just checked). I wish I had been more careful. At the time my understanding was that MSRP was Audi policy so I didn't insist on specific wording.

Fortunately I live in a relatively small city and am still the only one on their list for an R8.
