3rd gear definitely does not go in as flush as the rest of the gear, as well as harder to click into. I can also feel that the gear level moves around more when I come on and off the gas than it is in another gear. It hasn't popped out of gear since the first day though since I am aware of the problem now and make sure that it goes all the way in. I am hoping that it is just stiff because it is new but the problem is the other gears are fine so there is definitely a problem with it.
