Long before the 4.2 R8 was launched, there was a Phantom Black "demo" given to a few people to try out for a week. As to the side blades, shouldn't make too much of a difference as the intakes for the Gallardo are the same as the V8 R8, so airflow shouldn't be an issue. The white car in the video has the sound note of a V10 - 100% without a doubt. Now whether its for real or creative sound editing I don't know, but highly doubt its the latter.
