Default Colorado quattro get together pics.

We had a pretty good turnout for food, beer and great comaraderie. Nine ur quattros were in attendance representing '82, '83, '84 and '85, plus a 20Vt 90 rally car. Even my car made it out of the garage for the first time in about five years (first time that I have seen the paint in daylight BTW). Other than some pretty stiff wind late in the afternoon, we had great weather, albeit not quite warm enough for belly flop competition. We were all looking forward for BLT4SPD's dive. It was nice to meet Mark for the first time and see his beautiful Titian Red '85. The story of how he got it was something of legend.

Thanks to everyone for showing up, and thanks for all the extra beer in the garage fridge! ;^)

Default Sweet. Looks like a nice turn out. Looks like the white one

has a little air conditioning problem. The wheels are too small for my taste too.

What are your plans with it?

Default Nice, very nice... Too bad I couldn't be there.. Maybe next time.. Your car look great.

How did you get the Euro bumpers? Plus the Sport Quattro hood (in the....hmm, future, who knows when) I can't wait to see it...

Default Did anyone else notice that there wasn't....

one, road worthy, car with Euro bumpers! How about only two cars missing front bumper plugs?!?! I don't know why that jumped out at me, but it did.

On the positive side, every car started...even the WX cars! :-)

Thanks again Steve!!!

Now is that a good or bad thing? Is it still at the body shop?

Default Looks like a good shell. Do you still have all the interior bits.

Robs car here in Austin is also stripped and up on castors. Weird the similarities.
