I'm having all kinds of trouble with the A/C in my daughter's 2001 Civic. We had a rebuilt compressor put in two months ago, but it stops blowing cold air after 30 minutes of use. After a couple hours, it works fine again. The repair place says it's the evaporator and that they have to take out the dash to replace it. Is this true?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
