Got a flat on my rear driver side tire when I had 18K miles on my Q7. I ended up replacing a pair at the back. If you r in US, good luck to find replacement. You would definitely have to special order them and wait for 1 week or more to get it.

I ordered them from Tirerack and got them installed at any participate Tire store. Cheaper and faster. Good luck!
