my guess is that your water hose is loose or cracked somewhere. its like if you hold soda with a straw with your finger on the top of the straw. when you release your finger from the top of the straw, the soda drops. the bad part to this is that you may have a leak in the vehicle as well. The tube that is used can be cut or crack very easily.

If thats the problem, then its an easy fix with an adhesive or silicone.
