Had similar issues with my last Audi so I just added a dipstick. I just bought my current car and haven't added one yet, but plan to soon. Just google audi oil dipstick.

Mine has done that before. Try starting it up, move it a bit, then shut it off, then key on while your on that oil level page, mine pops up really fast after that.

I get that in my Q7 and S5 at times. I simply try it a bit later, get a good reading.

About 30 min. later the oil level page showed up. If not a big deal, I would like to add a dip stick.

Searched on Google and Amazon, but no dipstick appears to fit a 2020 Q7, 3.0 turbo.

you would need to drive your vehicle around for at least 5 to 10 minutes for thr engine to warm up the oil.

Park the vehicle so it can have a more accurate reading.

I swear Audi does this just to mess with us. Before I do an oil change I can get the level to show up almost any time, car running, in traffic etc.
The second I change the oil it refuses to show show up regardless the required parameters.

Just buy a dip stick, I'm not sure I want to trust the computer with something as important as the oil levels.
