Default SE: Q7 e-tron battery

Hi
I have a Q7 e-tron from 2017.

When battery is full car says that I will get about 40 km.
When I begin to drive this seems correct, but when I reach about 23 km left battery charge
is rapidly down to about 15 km.

After that it is back to normal and I will get 15 km.
Total I will get somewhere between 30-32 km.

Is it only me that is having this problem, and do you think something is wrong with the battery?
When I charge battery from empty to full I will get just under 11 kwh. Is that low or is it normal?

Something is really wrong with your vehicle. That battery should be more like 75-80kwh new when fully charged.
There is an e-tron specific forum, I would suggest posting there, or the mods can move this for you.
Additionally, I would get the car to a dealer and see what they say, the battery should be under some kind of warranty, no? Best of luck!

Thanks for your reply, but I have a Q7 e-tron. It is a hybrid, both electric and diesel.
According to Audi the battery should be a little more than 17 kwh.

Most here are from the US, and that vehicle was never sold here

OK well thanks for letting us know. Yeah, we don't get that car over here stateside. I would still say the battery's capacity is severely compromised and a visit to someone who can check it out thoroughly is in order...

Default Same here

Hi, I have the same behaviour. The reason seems to be that the distance estimate recalculates after some driving.

When I first noticed this I was a bit worried that the battery was about to fail. However, when monitoring the battery percentage furing driving the battery percentage decreases linearly so it seems to be ok and just some software logic.
