Default Quickjack for a Q7

Thought you guys might want to know that you can use a QJ horizontally for the Q7. Their site recommends this as an alternative.

That's a nice jack system for sure...But, honestly, I can see no point of paying $1500 for it - unless one is working with cars professionally?

Good to know. I have the BL5000 for my other cars -- is that sufficient for our 4900 lb beast or did you go higher?

Nope, the rails on the Q7 are too long, even for the 7000 series. They have an extension kit, but horizontal mount seemed like a better alternative to try out first.

Lifting should be fine... I have a longbed Tundra that I'm also working on with this, so I went with the big boy.

I have worked on multiple cars under just a quickjack and it is very sturdy.
