Odd just did it and still no symmetry

I did it last month, with the exact same steps Rick provided, and it worked wonderfully.

i tripled checked it and yup it's correct .. I even tried long coding as well still no seat symmetry .. I am wondering if it's because my cAr is a Canadian car and/or late production nov. 2016 ? Also is there such a thing as memory seats for passenger because my car does not have that, only memory seats for driver side ..

btw do you perform the steps with the engine running or just ignition on the in position.

Ignition on, engine off, doors closed.

Might very well be that it's Canadian. Mine is US. Mine is also March 2016 production. Mine does not have pax seat memory, but does have all the same pax seat electrical controls as the driver seat.

Interesting, I can't get that to work either. My build is probably feb/march 2016. I rebooted for the heck of it and still nothing.

Mine is Jan/2016 build, US model, no passenger seat memory feature. I did not even have to reboot MMI.

Just disabled the phone tab in the VC and while I was at it rechecked the settings for the passenger seat mirroring and found one of the four settings didn't take. Changed that and it works like a champ!

Just an FYI - Disable Auto Start/Stop is now an official app for Q7 in OBDeleven, and it costs 100 credits.

Don't know if it does the same thing as Rick did to the air conditioning parameters.

Does the ODB11 service sometimes not work?

I downloaded the latest app today (replaced my old one), and when I try to log in, I get "Could not log in, please try again later". Thinking I might have forgotten my password, I tried to do a password reset and i get "failed to reset password, please try again".

I'm definitely online with my android tablet.
