I put the car on reverse, is that normal? since day one. only does it in the morning when pulling out of the garage. thanks

Yes, the brakes oxidize overnight and the pads are scraping the rust off the rotors. More common in high humidity regions.

Yes, normal. If you are hearing a squealing or something high pitched (usually in reverse when cold) that could be the lack of second retaining clips in the front pads which there is a TSB about and many other threads regarding this issue. Depending on the age, mileage, etc. of your Q7 Audi might pick up the entire brake job, some of it, or none of it.

just bought the Q7 few weeks ago, it used with 53k.
