MMI video loading problems

Anyone also experiencing these kinds of problems?
These are the prompts that are coming out.
I have used 720p format for videos and using only a 32gb usb stick.
And I tried waiting but nothing happens and I need to reset my mmi unit. To access the media menu again.
Hope someone can advise what to do. Thanks!

Try downgrading your 720 video to 480 video. It's the only way I got it to play on mine

720p should work fine but you have to check the fps and other settings too. I have almost 720p resolution but also had issues at first because fps was too high and it failed to play.

Not necessarily. If they are formatted the right way, you can watch them on US-spec vehicles, too. I have a SD-card with a video on it in my vehicle and it plays just fine.
