Default Common issues to look for on a 2019 Q7? Are 2019's reliable?

Since the AW forum looks more active on the MK2 Q7's, I thought that I'd post here as well. I'm trying to do some research on the 2019 model years, but I guess since its somewhat new- long term issues haven't bubbled up to the forums yet. If you own one and know of things to look for before buying- it would be greatly appreciated. TIA!

From Consumer Reports, 2019 Q7 is most reliable luxury SUV. Here are weak points noted.

Just one data point, but I'm hitting my 1 year anniversary on my 2019 Q7 Premium Plus 3.0 and have had zero issues with it.

My 2018 is 2.5 years old - zero issues to date. Not even an e-glitch!

Picked up my 2019 last November the only problem I have had encountered is sun roof drains clogged ONCE and caused a leak to come in from the light control panel. Aside from that its been smooth sailing, currently at 8,000 miles.

@LudQ7 - I know that the first generation Q7's had sunroof drain clogging issues. Did you clean out your drains yourself or have the dealership do it? I'd have to look up a YouTube video to see how doable it is for the 2nd generation Q7's.

OP - I had my 2017 for a little over 3 years and approx 34k miles. A couple of software updates for the cameras and the front brake TSB for the squealing.. That was it, overall a great vehicle..

These are my list in my (almost) 4 years of ownership -
Check for engine mounts: My 2017 was leaking fluid and they were replaced under warranty.
Check quattro rumbling in tight turns: If you are buying it from an Audi dealer have them replace the center differential fluid under a TSB.
Check the battery: The auto start/stop and/or other non-essential features won't work all the times if it is weak. It is an AGM battery so it is not cheap to replace.
Double check the windshield for dents/cracks: It is very thin and prone to crack upon minor impact from freeway debris (I have to replace mine twice). Again it is expensive to replace due to windshield part itself/calibration labor.
Front brake squeal when backing up: I have my front pads replaced under a TSB but a year later it came back.

Not required - rip off.

But if insurance is going to pay for it... why not?
