A number of folks have.
I would strongly urge you to go to your local dealer and make sure you have the latest version of software before going to APR for a tune. I experienced a rare occurrence Friday.
I have software version 2 and I need 5 before they can flash APR to it because they have no way of getting a 2 base file if something happens.
Essentially, you want to make sure you have the same software version APR is tuning with. For my 2017 3.0T Q7 that was version 5...
Other than that, I have had two other Audi cars I have APR tuned and absolutely love it! Cannot say enough about power gains combined with every day drive-ability.

Car is at the local dealer getting the new software flashed today.
Should be getting the tune shortly after once I can get an appointment at the local APR dealer...

Appointment is set for Friday evening. I am debating over 91 or 93 octane... will let you know once it's done! Butt DYNO usually doesn't lie...

^ Interested in reading your review. I was planning on adding a piggyback onto mine as I have a Neuspeed Power module on our Q5 which is great, but sadly reviews on available piggybacks on our 3.0T are not great.
I'm really concerned about warranty - even with APR+.
