2019 Q7 technik, S-Line, Run Flat? Crosscontact LX

Hi everyone, just picked up a 2019 technik, s-line.
Tires are 285/45R20 continental crosscontact LX .
The original order form says that it comes with Run Flats. Dealer says they are run flats. But there are no markings that show they are RF? They don’t drive/feel like RF? Can anyone help here?

Great news, I really really didn’t want RF. Had them a while ago (on my other car) and I really didn’t like them!

bought a 2019 q7 technik from Capilano Audi. The tires weren’t run flat. Even the dealer didn’t know why it wasn’t run flat. Made no difference to me.
