19" A7 Winter Wheels on Q7?
I just traded my '13 A7 for a '19 Q7. Back when I purchased the A7, I bought the Audi OEM winter wheel package for the A7 which has 19" wheels mounted w/ 235/45 R19 tires. It looks like the OEM winter wheel package for the Q7 has 19x8 wheels mounted with 255/55 R19 winter tires. Is there any reason why I can't put a set of 255/55 R19 tires on my existing 19" winter wheels? I can't find any info on the load or offset info on either set of wheels. Bolt pattern appears to be the same. (A7 wheels shown in pic). One of my questions is whether or not the Q7 run-flat tire spec means that the wheels for the Q7 have some sort of special bead. Thanks for the help.

It will come down to the offset. The offset on the A7 wheels will be stamped on the spokes on the inside. You'll need an ET of 30 +/-~5 mm. As for the load rating of the wheels, the A7 is a pretty hefty car so each wheel will take about 200 lb more weight on the Q7, which IMO is inconsequential. I've run wheels from a S5 on my Q7 for three winters. Yes, 255/55/19 tires are the right size and both bolt patterns are 5 x 112.
