The RPM going up and down
I have a 2015 Audi Q7 3.0L 158.000 miles when I have my vehicle in park the car RPM would go up and down on its own with out me giving it any gas. Yes my check engine light is on for water pump and PCV Valve. I was trying to upload a video but it wouldn't let me

The unsteady idle is just a symptom.
PCV is vacuum operated, and if yours is broken internally, you are losing vacuum. It'll also make your car use significant oil once it fails due to overpressure buildup inside the crankcase, etc. At 158k miles, not super shocking it needs a few old parts replaced...especially those falling into the common issues category.
I'd clean the MAF sensor and verify the air filter is clean too, as those can contribute to an erratic idle, and are super easy to resolve. If you are using an aftermarket, oiled air filter, those often cause MAF sensor function problems, as well, and if your MAF sensor is not happy, well...
