Funny! I just started a thread asking about this. I'm in the US. Will this work with the US version? I have a 2007 Q7.

I don't see why not. It should be the same looms on all Q7s. You need to change the plug on the rear to the yellow/pink one. The person I bought the wheel from done this for me so it was just plug and play.

My Q7 doesn't have paddle shifters. If I buy one with paddle shifters, will it work?

Yes you will have to enable it through VAGCOM.
