Playing video from SD card

I've searched the forums and I can't find anything recent concerning how to play video from SD cards.

When I copy some files over directly from my iTunes library, MMI sees them on the card, but reports the "file is damaged". I can play the file just fine when the SD card is in my laptop, so that can't be it.

Any tips?

(BTW, I'm a new user here and the proud owner of a brand new Q7 bought only yesterday. Beautiful car!)

I used Handbrake a while back put several movies and music videos on my SD card. These are the settings I used in Handbrake.
