Default oil mixd with coolant in audi q7 premium v8 2008 model

I just bought Audi Q7 Premium 4.2L V8 Fresh Water FloodI discovered that coolant reservoir is full of oil (milky color and it is tick). I drained engine oil - no sign of water. Flushed engine. Removed coolant reservoir and cleaned until no sign of engine oil in coolant. Went for a drive for about 10 min - coolant reservoir full of oil again and temperature is also high. Please advise what to do

I have the same issue with my 2011 Q7, I think its the oil cooler. Stilling looking into what are the options for replacing it.

Dont think so. Not showing your typical "head gasket" symptoms. Based on the data its most likely the oil cooler.

You might have a bad oil cooler. It's kind of a pain to get to, but if it's bad, then it will let oil seep into the coolant plumbing, and within 5-10 minutes you'd have an overheating engine and caramel goo in your coolant reservoir.
